Reiki Sessions
Whether you are suffering from anxiety, depression, stress, overwhelm, pain or trauma, Reiki and energy work is a wonderful option to incorporate into your well-being as we work to calm and heal your nervous system. Clients undergoing cancer treatments or surgeries can also greatly benefit from this healing modality as it helps to reduce pain, recovery time and side effects from medications. In addition to that, Reiki is also a gentle way to help release physical and emotional trauma and learn to function in a world full of triggers and stress.

COST: $120 for a 60 minute session. $165 for a 90 minute session
In Person appointments available in Kansas City at The Sundry KC. Virtual appointments available from the convenience of your own home by Zoom. Zoom link will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

I am a certified Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher. I am also trained in a wide range of holistic healing methods, various yoga and meditation practices and techniques, and nervous system resets - as in, how do we re-train our brains to become healthier which then allows us to break old patterning and behaviors. Because I am also a trained and certified EMT, this has enabled me to become a well-rounded practitioner and offers me the ability to see things from multiple perspectives. I am very passionate about working with clients who are ready to explore the benefits of Reiki, Energy and Healing!
